Hello, friends! 👋 I'm Rachael Stapleton, a lifestyle content creator passionate about family travel, and I’m so excited to kick off something very special here on the blog: my new travel series dedicated to exploring all-inclusive resorts for families! If you’re a busy parent trying to plan the perfect getaway without the stress of endless research, this series is for you.

Why This Series?
Planning the ideal family vacation can be overwhelming. With so many destinations and resort options—each with its own promises of sun, fun, and relaxation—it’s hard to know which one will truly be the best fit for your family’s needs. Over the years, my family and I have traveled extensively, visiting some incredible all-inclusive resorts across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba.
After all these trips, I thought, “Why not share our experiences with other families who are just as excited (and sometimes, overwhelmed) by the idea of picking the right resort?”
That’s where this travel series comes in. I’ll be breaking down everything from the best family-friendly resorts to the pros and cons of different destinations. My goal is to give you an honest, no-holds-barred look at what these resorts really have to offer—so you can choose the best one for your family!
What to Expect from This Series
Throughout this series, I’ll be reviewing various resorts and destinations that have been a part of our family vacations. Some of these resorts will have been our favorite spots to visit, while others will have had a more mixed experience. I’m here to give you the details—both the highs and the lows—because I believe transparency is key when it comes to travel recommendations.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Mexico vs. Dominican Republic: A comparison of two top all-inclusive destinations to help you decide which is best for your family.
Grand Sirenis: Why this resort became our most visited and what makes it so special for families.
Bahia Principe: A deep dive into what worked and what didn’t in this tropical paradise.
Ocean Riviera Paradise: The good and the not-so-good—was it all worth it for family fun?
Royalton Splash: Why the beach was absolutely perfect, but the rest of the resort left us with mixed feelings.
Catalonia Costa Mujeres: A sneak peek at our upcoming trip, and what I’m most excited to experience there.
Why You Should Follow Along
This series is all about real talk. I want to make your vacation planning process easier and less stressful by providing insights into the things that matter most for families: safety, fun activities for kids, comfortable accommodations, and great food.
You’ll get a breakdown of:
What we loved
What we didn’t love
Tips for making the most of each resort
My honest verdict on which resorts are the best for specific types of families
